For starters, our new Health Organic Tincture is a great way to keep your immune system in tip-top shape! The hemp cannabinoids support a healthy endocannabinoid system (ECS), which monitors and directs your immune system. Then the black elderberry, astragalus, and reishi mushroom add antioxidants and other immune-supporting compounds as well!
When combined with fresh fruits and veggies, this smoothie packs a punch of immune-supporting antioxidants and anti-inflammatory foods.
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
2-3 leaves kale, destemmed
1-inch knob of ginger, peeled
1/2-inch knob of turmeric, peeled
1/2 banana, peeled
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 tsp raw local honey
2mL Danodan Health Organic Tincture
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth, 30-45 seconds. Add protein powder or nut butter for a more hearty meal replacement!
