How to Subscribe & Save

Step 1: Select “Subscribe & Save 10%” when shopping for eligible Danodan products

Select the Subscribe & Save 10% option on any eligible 1oz or 4oz product. Then choose your order frequency from the drop-down menu: every 2 weeks, every month, or every 2 months.

Step 2: Create a secure account & start your subscription

Create an account to complete the setup process. We’ll send your first subscription order to you right away. Your payment and shipping information will be safely stored in your account, so we can get your next subscription order to you quickly and easily.

Step 3: Leave the reordering to us

Your subscription orders will automatically ship at your chosen frequency, and we will automatically charge the payment method saved to your account. That way, you can focus on the more important things in life.

Step 4: Manage your account

Adjust, pause, or deactivate your subscription with ease, anytime. Simply log in to My Account and head to the My Subscription tab. There you can add or remove items from your subscription, reorder sooner if you’re running low, or deactivate your subscription. When you deactivate your subscription, all future subscription orders are automatically canceled until you reactivate.

How do I get started?

When selecting any 1oz or 4oz Hemp Flower CBD product in our shop, select the “Subscribe & Save 10%” option. Then, choose your order frequency before adding the subscription product to your cart.

When you check out, you’ll need to create a secure account to set up your subscription. Your account will also store your shipping and payment information.

If you already have an existing Danodan customer account, you can use that same account to create and manage your subscription.

When are my subscription orders processed?

When you set up your subscription, you can choose the frequency that best suits your needs – every 2 weeks, every month, or every 2 months. Your first subscription order will be processed within one business day of setting up your subscription. After that, your subscription orders will automatically be sent at your selected order frequency, based on the date of your initial order.

How do I get my next subscription order sooner?

If you need your next subscription order sooner, simply log in to My Account, click My Subscription, and click β€œGet my next order now.” This will take you through the steps to process your next subscription order immediately. Your frequency will then automatically adjust based on the most recent subscription order date.

How much does a subscription cost?

There is no up-front cost to a subscription, and you do not have to pay for any subscription orders in advance. Each subscription order is billed at the time of fulfillment, based on your order frequency. And of course, you save an extra 10% on every subscription order!

How do I update or change my payment method?

To update or change the credit card associated with your subscription, log into your account, and click My Subscription. There you can update your credit card information.

Is shipping included in my subscription?

Yes! At Danodan, we always offer FREE shipping via USPS. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days. With each order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your subscription order has been shipped.

Any other Terms & Conditions?

No other promotions, discounts or limited-time offerings, etc can be used in combination with your 10% subscription discount.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to My Account, click My Subscription, and under Action click Deactivate. This will immediately halt all future subscription orders that haven’t yet processed.

If you decide you want to resume your Subscribe & Save, simply log back in and click Reactivate under the My Subscription tab.
